Hello All,

1) I wanted to clarify since a few people have asked. All rehearsals, including Fridays, begin at 7pm. The tech rehearsal on June 18th is at 10am and when we move to the park for dress rehearsals and shows your call will be 6pm.

2) We are still unsure of some rehearsal locations so as those become available to me I will email you all.

3) Not sure if anyone uses Google calender, but there is a calender made for our show, so if you would like access just enter my email address in the add a friends calender option. it is an amazing invention. if you are not sure what i am talking about but are interested, i can send you an invitation to join.

4) May 18th- there is a rehearsal that is not listed on your calender that i sent out last week.
I.1b, II.3a, III.3a, V.1a, V.1b
This affects: Benedick, Claudio, Don Pedro, Boy, Leonato, Antonio

5) In case you are not sure, you only have to attend rehearsals when your name is listed on the calender until we begin running the show by acts.

Tentative schedule for the rest of the show:
April:
rehearsals will be on Mondays and Wednesdays.

we will be meeting this week at 7pm at SIT
4/11- Read through scene 1.1 - 3.2
4/13- Read through scene 3.3 - end
* please check with Michelle if you are not sure if you are in the scenes being rehearsed, you will not need to attend if we are not reading your scenes.

May:
rehearsals will be on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7pm

June:
rehearsals will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday until the week prior to the show (which will be everyday)

Shows are June 23rd-26th at 6pm with a 5pm call


Bios:
It may seem early to be asking for bios but there are a lot of you so please begin getting these in. We need all bios by the end of the first week in May. If you need an example we will have some at rehearsals for you to look at.

Crew and Actor Needs:
We are still looking for a costumer to help pull costumes and someone to build a few uniforms, an assistant stage manager and a few actors to fill some men's parts (both young and old) and one older woman. Please let us know if you have any suggestions.
